Up Guinness Gully today in normal conditions. There is still a lot of faceted snow hanging around on the steep cliffs and gullies everywhere in the Little Yoho region. Heineken Hall has a size 2 loose dry which ran to the mid runout today, and Silk Tassel had a small pile of debris below it from the sun. I don’t really trust most of the bigger gully features in that area (or others) until they settle or flush out, especially ones in the sun. Not large avalanches but in climbing terrain it doesn’t matter! Only minor sluffing off of gully walls on Guinness today.
