Looks like the 50ml of rain last night went to work on the snowpack! This looks like a size 2.5 avalanche that went around 100cm deep, 300m wide. Unfortunately I couldn't see how far it ran. There were other large natural avalanches to be seen in the mountains all around Fernie to size 3. Sorry the image isn't better but I used my phone through the binoculars.
