I went for a toodle up to Balu Pass with a Mat Valade and Catherine and noticed this slab release off the East aspect just up the ridge from Balu Pass. The fracture line appeared fairly crisp, but my first jaunt up here so not sure of timing. We didn't see any tracks associated with it so guessing it was either a Natural release or perhaps it was remotely triggered by someone on the ridge but hard to say with certainty. Also unsure what the failure plain was - it was quite deep on the climbers left side of crown but quite shallow to the right side.
Play safe,
