While skiing yesterday on Heather Mountain we experienced fantastic skiing TL and below. Numerous settlements were felt throughout the day as we traveled from 1200m to 2000m. A test profile on a North aspect at 1800m showed height of snow to be 200cm with easy shears down 50cm on at the recent storm snow/Facet interface. We skied conservative well supported terrain avoiding overhead hazard.
