Nihahi Ridge gets a dusting of snow

I hiked up Nihahi Ridge in K-Country today with my colleague Eric Groeneveld and a group of students from West Island College. During our hike it snowed a couple of centimeters with little wind. A beautiful, moody day in the mountains, but somewhat treacherous on the way down with slippery footing!

The road is closed into the parking areas due to road and parking lot construction, so we had to park along the side of the road before the gate. This adds about 30 minutes to your day if you're heading to Nihahi Ridge.
