Climbing Conditions

There was 20-30cm of storm snow in the alpine today on the Matier and Anniversary Glaciers that fell September 17-18th. This snow was accompanied by some wind with drifts up to 50cm deep, but no windslabs or avalanche activity was observed.

If you try and go skiing you will probably break your boot buckles walking through the talus, or hit a rock on the glaciers.
