An early season avalanche on the North Face of Mt. Baker has stripped it to ice. Recent HST has filled in the crown a bit, but the face is still looking quite bare for this time of year. The photo doesn't quite do justice for the amount of ice exposed. Just a heads up for anyone considering skiing it this spring.
