Ski Conditions

Great powder skiing conditions made better by the 15+cm that fell over the day.

Areas skied: Flute, Oboe and the Apostles

Evidence of previous widespread wind effect into open tree line. Temperature crust observed at 1650m and below. 10-20cm of moist snow below this this crust. New snow over the day came in with little wind effect, making for high quality low density powder skiing.

No cracking or propagation observed within recent windslab, and no skier activity observed in areas skied today.
