Group of 4 required for Asulkan and Illecillewaet Valleys

Glacier National Park (Rogers Pass) has issued a Restricted Activity Order for the Asulkan and Illecillewaet Valleys that requires all users to travel in a group of four, effective July 20 2024 until further notice.
A female Grizzly with cubs is in the area. The restricted activity order is in place to reduce disturbance to the grizzly bears.

This affects all of the climbs accessed from the Asulkan and Illecillewaet trailheads.
