We had some great corn snow skiing on the south slopes of Observation Sub-Peak today. There was a good freeze overnight and the crust above tree line carried until 14:00. The skiing in the trees below was a lot more variable but still okay in more open areas. Ski crampons were absolutely necessary in the morning.
