Frigg Glacier

Gold Range - Monashee Mountains

Climbing Conditions

I got back yesterday from a quick trip into the Gold Range in the Southern Monashee Mountains and noticed the snow cover on the glaciers is much better than last year. Comparing with photos from last year, the snow cover on the Frigg Glacier is currently similar to the end of July last year. The photos also reminded me how nice it has been this summer with so little smoke. Beautiful flowers in the alpine at the moment too!

Photo attached of the North Face of Mt Hugin taken yesterday.

Enjoy the rest of your summer!
