Ski Conditions

Ski Conditions

Toured around Cypress mountain in the triconi area.
Snowpack in the alpine was 3m to 4m deep, with the nov crust down well over 2m. The snowpack is right side up, well settled and all pit results were resistant planar.
Ridgetops were windy, scouring snow in locations and forming windslabs in lee start zones. Ski quality was suffering in places as a result. Out of the wind effected areas, the riding was really good right to valley bottom.
Overall an awesome day in the alpine.
