For all those folks that may be visiting Revelstoke this weekend and planning on a visit to Mt Revelstoke National Park, be aware that there will be a trail running race underway. A map of the race can be found at the following link:

The race organizers have also sent the following note: "The Soren Sorensen 2k and 5k Trails and the lower Summit Trail (to the second crossing of the Parkway) will be closed from 7:00 am to 10:00 am on Sunday, August 28 for the running of the Mount Revelstoke Fullstoke Ultramarathon. Sorry for the inconvenience."
