Closure of Mt Tupper climbing routes, Aug 21 and Aug 22, 2019

Please be advised that all climbing routes on Mt Tupper in Glacier National Park will be closed August 21 and 22. Parks Canada, in conjunction with the Canadian military, will be detonating several unexploded ordinances on Mt Tupper and need to be certain that all park visitors are clear of the blast zone. The area closure is the same as the Tupper winter permit area. The Hermit campground and routes on the Swiss Peaks will still be accessible. See attached photo.
