Climbing Conditions

Climbed Panty Line on Mount Wilson’s West wall with Adam Zok and Tom Harding. Some of the best rock in the Rockies in a spectacular setting! It seems that it had just come into condition with minimal snow travel and bone dry in the crack systems. Well worth the epic slog. I would recommend bring a light axe for the descent gully’s. Update on the approach beta, Park behind the cabins at the crossing resort a fallow the closed road heading east to the gravel pit. Continue along the treed edge of the gravel pit heading north crossing the dried up creek bed that feeds the pond. Look for flagging tape and a well used trail leading into the forest and up to the tower gully. In the spirit of those who have climbed up there before I’ll leave the rest up for adventure.
