Yesterday we climbed the west face scramble route on Mt Edith's north peak, approaching via the Cory Pass trail.
I was surprised to see the bridge over Cory Creek was not installed, it doesn't look like it has been in place for some time. This fact is not mentioned on the Banff National Park trail report. We crossed easily on a makeshift log bridge near the parking lot but this option may not be feasible with higher water conditions.
The Cory Pass trail is in good shape although several snow patches need to be crossed in the gullies, we were able to easily kick steps across. We were able to avoid snow on the climb itself. Clouds obscured the south peak but it probably is mostly snow free as well.
