Significant precipitation is forecasted along the Icefields Parkway Sunday to Monday evening. Beginning on 251215 at 1000hrs, the Icefields Parkway from Parkers Ridge, south of the Columbia Icefields to Saskatchewan River Crossing will be closed. Avalanche control work followed by road cleanup has already been scheduled to take place.
The Icefields Parkway is expected to reopen on 251215 at 1800hrs.
