Spent the last 3 days guiding in the Egypt Lake area. Weather was fantastic, the mosquitoes, brutal (pretty typical of the area). Since the SSV gondola was still not operating we had to go in via Healy Creek. The trail was in great condition but busy with day hikers (most were respectful regarding moving off trail to let others pass). Side trips to Scarab and Mummy Lakes were enjoyable. The wild flowers on Healy Pass were just coming into form. Give it a week or 2 and they should be amazing!
