Some photos of the peaks around Lake Louise and Banff taken over the last couple of days show the current conditions and snowline.
In general, the snow melt appears to be well ahead of average and many areas look more like typical June or early July conditions. There are still plenty of snow patches on shady aspects up high with evidence of rockfall as these snow patches melt out.
