Quick report from Burnt Knob. Warm conditions and rain have created a crust below 1020m. Coincidentally, 1020 meters is right where the skiing ends and you slide down the skin track to the parking lot. Above this, ski penetration was 10-15cm. Avoided larger terrain features today while the storm slab gains strength. Still good skiing 10min from town and more snow in the forecast should make for a fun week!
