Excellent conditions on Begbie. Easy moat crossing to a dry ledge and ridge.
We rappelled off the higher of the two rappel stations easily with a single 60 m rope. A 50 m would most likely work too. This will change as the glacier snowpack melts down.
There are a few patches of snow just below the campground (tent sites are snow free) and lots of snow above, which hides the trail in places. There's lots of running water above and below the camp.
Thunderstorms rolling through meant careful timing was important.
