Climbing Conditions

Climbed King's Peak today via the Winter Gully and North Glacier with some co workers from SPL.
The lower trail is in great shape with very little dead fall. Snowline starts at aprox. 1000m just below the lower meadow.
We encountered perfect snow conditions in the winter gully and north glacier, we were able to boot pack all the way up to King's-Queen's col without needing to put on our crampons and glissaded the whole way down
Some moats forming in the gully so it may not be in for much longer.
Some lingering cornices on the Queen's face but they are easily avoided on the north glacier.
Glissading quality; 9/10

Cheers!
