Dry Trails, spectacular Larches and mixed bag of weather

Rae Lake, Elbow/Sheep Wildland Provincial Park, Kananaskis Alberta

Trail Conditions

Guided a group into Rae Lake today. As forecasted, we experienced a mixed bag of weather. Cold temps (approx 8 degrees), gusty winds and a few snow squalls that came through (nothing making it to the ground), and dry trails. The Larches as always are spectacular within the Elbow Valley. All in all, a great fall day in Kananaskis.
