Avalanche Conditions

At 1800m height of snow about 100cm, 20cm of early season rain crust (failure layer of recent Cornice Bowl Slide) with 80cm medium density over that. The top 20cm is anything from good powder, hard windslab or even some thin sun crusts (at 1750m steep S asp). Some avalanche activity seen in the wind slabs over the last 2 days to size 1.5 or 2.
