Climbing Conditions

Welcome few mm's of rain last night at O'Hara hopefully made up for the big lightning strikes. Maybe 3 cm of snow above 2800m and a mediocre freeze with all the rain made for decent bare ice glacier travel and reasonable ice climbing on the NE face of Huber.

Not much daytime warming so it was cold all day above 2700m and no observed rockfall(which was a nice change). Blue skies were nice to see. Dusting on most of the big peaks but hopefully it wont last with the sunny forecast.
