Ski Conditions

I was skiing in the Wendy Thompson Hut/Marriot Basin are for the last two days.
There is a lot of evidence from a substantial avalanche cycle late during the last storm. Numerous natural avalanches to size 2.5 some stating mid slope in the alpine. These propagated over 80m and had a maximum fractue depth of 1m.
The tree line was a little less active to natural triggers but skiier traffic released a sz 2 and Sz 1.5 avalanche above the cabin. 50cm deep fracture line depths here.
A test pit yesterday on a N aspect at 1900m showed CTE Sc (×2) down 40 on surface hoar 4-6mm and facets. Extended column test did not produce results here.
Today many slopes where settling with whoomphs and some showed cracking
Two skiier remote toe trigger a Sz 2.5 slab on a SE aspect in the alpine at approx 2100m. 100m x 1m ×150m.
Skiing quality is reasonable on N aspects above 1900m.
